My CICS Project

 
CICS shown its interest in QMS by offering the opportunity of representing CICS in ASIA region consist of countries such as:
1.     Malaysia
2.     Indonesia
3.     Thailand
4.     Singapore
5.     Vietnam
6.     Laos
7.     Cambodia
8.     Philippines
By adhering to the UKAS requirement, CICS prefers to manage all certifications issue from the UK office whereas other, local company etc. could do other services locally.
 
CICS would like QMS to represent them by acting as their sub contractor in the manner of:
  1. Promoting and establishing CICS within ASIA region
  2. To conduct own team of marketing arms, auditors, administration personnel etc
  3. Operating at minimum costs
  4. Responsible for the whole ASIA region business 
  5. Responsible for research and client based business development while promoting CICS certification
  6. Responsible for controlling, monitoring and ensuring services provided are satisfactory to any interested parties
  7. Keeping constant communication with CICS for any daily business operations etc 
If the client base proven to grow handsomely, the working practices would be reviewed by both parties for better collaboration in term of profits, benefits and other business opportunities.
CICS would support QMS in this operation in term of: 
  1. Professional Specialist Registered Lead Auditors with expert knowledge in any identify sectors.
  2. Latest electronic technology in providing comprehensive report, all subjects etc
  3. Technical supports such as training etc
  4. Networking
  5. Other supports required 

UK Trip 

CICS
It is very important for QMS to proceed with the trip due to: 
  1. To reflect our positive commitment with the collaboration to be agreed
  2. To show our capability and credibility in handling this business within ASIA region
  3. To reconfirm our declaration on our well known and established company in the market
  4. To discuss further on the collaboration matter with CICS management with regard to:
    • Business Operations – direction etc
    • Business strategies – promotional materials etc
    • Financial planning – traveling exp.  etc
    • Certification structure – the certification procedure
    • CICS proposal – Any recommendations or ideas
    • QMS proposal – To maintain the existing proposal
    • Benefits for both companies – Business opportunities, profit sharing etc
    • Agreement to be achieved – Deal closed 
  5. It is one of a lifetime opportunity for QMS to penetrate into other countries’ markets and establishing its name within this region and may have a chance of being pushed up globally
  6. Although it is a risky and costly trip to be made, the opportunity of meeting the management shall be grabbed to convenient them to reach the agreement without any curiosity.
  7.  Other alternative shall wait for CICS representative to fly down here to discuss before he/she could report to the management to finalize their decision on this matter.
CERAM 
It is verbally agreed by CERAM representatives to allow QMS to act as an agent within this region with regard to any testing services offered by CERAM without creating any interruptions towards CRC or CICS daily operations.  
However, this matter shall be discussed further upon meeting up with them and having their proposals.
The preparation shall be done after meeting CERAM representatives and the collaboration to be agreed.

QMS’s strategies for CICS Certification

QMS should make the preparation for the following:
  1. A company
  2. Partnership agreement
  3. Person In Charge
  4. Plan business strategies
  5. Perform working teams
  6. Malaysia establishment
    • Arrangement shall be made to proceed with business planning & operation
    • Declare Penang Head Office as the Head Quarter for the CICS ASIA Certification
    • Should not have disturbances while promoting & establishing CICS Certification
    • Could use the existing working teams to proceed with marketing strategies
    • Need to perform local lead auditors
  7. Singapore establishment
    • Take all necessarily steps to promote CICS Certification
    • Should be aware and understand the certification business movement such as competitors, pricing, clients requirements etc
    • Should have a local contact point under Malaysia Office management
    • Should have a local auditors to entertain local clients requirements
    • Should understand well about local cultures, clients behaviour, differences in economic, social, political and business practice
    • Should make a proper plan for cost expenditure
    • Should use all available contacts and networking to make this operation works smoothly
    • Daily operations should be monitored accordingly and reports shall be forwarded if necessary 
  8. Thailand establishment
    • Take all necessarily steps and actions to promote & establish CICS Certification in Thailand
    • Should be aware of local languages, cultures, clients behaviour, differences in social, political, economic and business practice
    • Must have a local contact point and local staff & auditors to serve clients requirements to their satisfaction
    • A proper cost planning should be made and monitored by HQ
    • Working closely with local contacts and networking to provide good services and avoid any unnecessary interruption occurs
    • Daily operations shall be monitored by local staff and reports should be sent to HQ accordingly
  9. Indonesia establishment
    • Take all necessarily and extra precautions  & steps to analysis the certification requirement needs before promoting  & establishing CICS Certification in Indonesia
    • Should be aware of local languages, cultures, clients behaviour, differences in social, political, economic and business practice
    • Must have a local contact point or a local agent to support in identifying potential clients and fulfill their needs to satisfactory
    • A proper cost planning should be made and monitored by HQ at all times
    • Working closely with local contacts and networking to provide good services and avoid any unnecessary interruption occurs
    • Daily operations and business movement should be monitored by HQ accordingly
  10. Other countries establishment
    • Perform marketing analysis and research to identify any potential clients available in the certification activities and necessity of making the CICS Certification promotion
    • Should be fully aware and guided by local person to understand the languages, cultures, clients behaviour, differences in social, political, economic and business practice
    • A proper cost planning should be made and monitored by HQ constantly
    • Working closely with local contacts and networking to provide good services and avoid any unnecessary interruption occurs
    • Daily operations should be controlled and monitored by HQ constantly
    • Must have a local contact or agent to represent and identify any potential clients & knowledgeable in understanding the local atmosphere
