Unlit channel bouys endanger the safe passage of all vessels
The photo shows the unlit bouy caused by the stolen battery which create the unsafe passage of all floating crafts during the dark hours. It is ridiculous for those who uttered the doubtness of the importancy of relying on the channel bouys' light during the manoeurving the channel.
