Development Of Education & Training Department


The planning of having a well-planned departmental structure and daily activities were kept re-aglining with rapid changes of the management’s decision towards organization’s objectives and mission in order to trigger its best performance in the market.

Thus, the ETD’s first mission is to develop, coordinate, resource, execute, and evaluate training and education concepts, policies, plans, and programs to ensure all staff are prepared to meet the challenges of present and future operational environments shall be changed make to appear to strive along organization’s vision and mission.

Staffing

Therefore, at this occasion, the ETD Administration Executive shall be solely handling all the ETD’s daily acitivities and related matter to to the best her capabilities. The ETD shall be timely monitored  and add more employees upon job occupancy and workloads increment.

Directorial Communication Channel

The way of  communication among directors has been established and shall be maintained in order to develop good mutual working together atmosphere to achieve the organization’s objective. The team work and mutual understanding among director is essential to strive the best for the organization’s goal.

The Development Of The Maritime University

The planning of establishing the university shall be at no time being exerted into reality and developed in stages. The actual mission of the university’s estblishment shall at all time being maintained and respected which is the train and develop all low education seafearers from fresh to the highly career achievement within the maritime career opportunities.

The University’s organizational chart shall be developed and structured timely in order to meet the management’s requirement and the official chart shall be published upon the management’s decision and approval.

Thus, the search of indentifying the capable individuals to lead overall, departments, heads etc has been executed and severals have been proposed and shall be brought forward to the management’s consent.

 

The Bandung Trip

The trip which is on 13th – 16th January 2012, is merely important for the organization’s future developement in penetrating the international shipping market and any related to maritime industry with geniue business-relationship with a multi millionaire Indonesian partnership and relatively-involved Bapak Mahideen Yudo Mohamed. The trip shall be considered as the pioneer to good long mutual business – relationship in many years to come and considering many factors which may hold the organization’s plans and objectives towards the open international market.

The Sweden & UK Trip

The trip shall be considered as the prime mission to gain trustful long mutual IMO & WMO’s support for the organization to proceed with the university long development and establishment. This opportunity shall not be revealed to other parties as the possiblities of uncutting may occur and tarnish the orgainzation’s plan. The communication has been laid out with them and the official letters shall be received in due course. It is the management’s consent to execute the trip schedule.

Beberapa bulan lalu, pelbagai desas - desus terdengar dek telingaku akan persaraan beliau dan perlantikan pengerusi baru menggantikannya. Namun, aku memilih untuk berdiam diri tanpa sebarang komen.
